Great Explorers Observation Log Book

Companion activity book to Great Explorers: Observing nature through sights and sounds.

Every kid is a great explorer. Using their log book they can get outside in nature and start observing like Emmi and friends. First, they can create their own play binoculars with step by step instructions for items they would have at home, then then can use those binoculars to focus on birds, insects, and and even friends that they see. The log book has prompts to assist in their observations and suggestions for drawing what they see. There is extra fun with nature themed word searches and coloring pages from the companion book Great Explorers.
